This week we feature an article published on 22nd February in The Guardian which looks at the casual dining sector and how the list of chain restaurants such as Jamie’s Italian, Strada and Byron are struggling and having to close sites or restructure.
KerbEdge is a burger joint that was founded in 2014 and inspired after a trip to New York. After openings its first branch in Hull, the Sheffield branch was opened on 5th February this year on Fitzwilliam Street, Sheffield. S1 4JB
This week we feature The Fordwich Arms

Fordwich is a beautiful little place just outside Canterbury and is officially Britain’s smallest town.
The Fordwich Arms was reopened on 1st December 2017 under the new management of the Chef-proprier Dan Smith who is the former sous-chef at Michelin-starred The Clove Club in London. Dan has taken over The Fordwich Arms along with his fiancee Tash Norton and Guy Palmer-Brown who also hails from the Clove Club, having been the sommelier there.
Even though the Fordwich Arms has only been reopened for a few weeks with Dan at the helm it is already receiving rave reviews.
